Expedited orders are processed and arrive within 3 business days. Standard shipping will take about 5-7 business days to arrive.
Tracking details will be automatically provided via email when your items are dispatched however please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking number to register in the carriers system.
We use the United States Postal Service to handle our shipping. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your order from Horizon Spirit, so if you’re not happy with your purchase we are happy to now offer refunds or store credits on all orders.
To submit a return please email email@example.com with your name, order number, the item/s you wish to return and reason for return. All return details will be provided via email within 2 business days.
Please note that all returned items must be unworn, unused and unwashed with all original tags attached (unless faulty). All returned items will be reviewed and can be rejected at Horizon Spirit's discretion and returned to the customer. The shipping costs incurred for returning item/s to Horizon Spirit for credit or refund is at the customers own expense. Any item deemed faulty can be returned for a full refund and Horizon Spirit will cover the cost of return shipping. If you believe your item is faulty please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order number and images of the fault for review.
Horizon Spirit offers refunds on all full price items when returned within 30 days of purchase date. Alternatively, we offer a store credit to the value of the returned full price item/s, excluding shipping costs. Credit notes will be sent via email once your return has been processed and will then be available to use immediately through our online store.
